Two types of soundbanks are available for Guitar Pro 6.
The classic RSE soundbanks, free of charge and available by default with your Guitar Pro 6 package.
The additional RSE soundbanks that you purchased separately.
Manual installation for Mac OS X:
1/ My computer is connected to the internet.
To download the soundbanks onto your computer, simply go to this page and mention your User ID.
If you purchased the additional RSE soundbanks, these ones will appear from your account. Please note that you need to download each activation file (if any) along with your Soundbanks.
2/ My computer is not connected to the Internet.
If the computer from where you want to use Guitar Pro does not have an internet access go online using an other computer to recover the soundbanks and proceed to the installation as described below.
Once you have downloaded the soundbanks, start Guitar Pro, and choose "open" from the "file" menu.
Select the soundbank file and click on "Open".
A window warns you that you must restart Guitar Pro 6 once the soundbanks have been installed. Do not restart Guitar Pro 6 while the soundbanks are being installed.
The installation starts.
The soundbank installer checks the integrity of the files installed.
The installation is successful. Do not forget to restart Guitar Pro 6.
