Our software is available on a try-before-you-buy basis, there is a free trial version you can download to ensure that you can fully experience it prior to making your purchase. When available, documentation for software is also available online. We encourage you to review the documentation and try the software prior to making your purchase to ensure that it meets your requirements. You can find links to free-trial download and documentation pages on the individual product pages within the www.guitar-pro.com site. (*)
If you purchase our product, after your payment has cleared you will receive an e-mail with the license information to activate the software. Once this information is emailed to you, no refunds will be given. We have this policy since it would be impossible for you to return your registered version of our software.
Since the trial version allows you to test out the software prior to purchase and a full description of its functionalities is available on our website and documentation, we cannot provide refunds for:
• Inability to use the software for something that it has not been designed for.
• Discontent concerning the overall ergonomy and/or functionalities of the software.
• Inability to operate the software in your computing environment.
• Inability to apply the license policy in your computing environment.
• Software purchased for the wrong platform.

It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with this refund policy. By placing an order for any of our products, you indicate that you have read this refund policy and that you agree with and fully accept the terms of this refund policy.
If you do not agree with or fully accept the terms of this refund policy, we ask that you do not place an order with us.
(*) The trial version cannot import or save any files, apart from those that have been included in the software as samples. Furthermore, the RSE is limited to 5 soundbanks only (acoustic, electric and bass guitars, drums, and piano).
Aside from those explicit limitations, our software is fully-functional in its trial version. None of our software requires registration to enable its primary functionality, but registering your license on www.guitar-pro.com will be required for further services (e.g., access to beta versions, tech support, etc.).
