Overview:
Attempting to activate your software you receive the following alert message:
"the information you provided was generated for another computer"
Steps:
More than likely this alert means that you made a mistake entering your User ID or Key ID.
We invite you to double check the information you entered and also make sure that you did not include any empty spaces before or after the IDs.
If unfortunately you still receive the same alert message attempting to activate your program, please contact our support and make sure to include a screenshot of your activation window showing the User and Key ID you entered.
Note that you can apply the same advices if the "ok" or "offline activation" tab of your activation window is greyed out.
