GP6 - How to reset your customer area password

 

You already registered your license by the past but you forgot your password.   

We invite you to reset your password from this link.

We will send you an email allowing you to reset your password.

Keep in mind to check your spam or promotions folder if you think that you did not receive this email.

 

 

I can not access my former email address anymore, what can I do ?

Please contact our support providing your name, email and postal address at the time of purchase/registration so that we'll be able to search for your license in our database.

We will then be able to send you a link to reset your password.
