Before contacting us, please make sure you are using the latest version of Guitar Pro 8:

If the issue persists after updating, we will of course be happy to assist you.

Before you send in a request, please make sure:
- to check if your Guitar Pro license details are not remaining in your spam folder.
- to provide your ordering number or the email address you have used to order Guitar Pro.
- to check if your answer is not mentioned in our knowledge base. Before you send in a request, please make sure:
- to provide your Guitar Pro license key and any additional information you can give us like your Guitar Pro file or screenshots.
- that you are running the latest version of Guitar Pro. If not please update your software and check if your issue is still reproducible.
